We have a unique situation in our office because we have two doctors with two separate practices, one being a general practice, the other a pediatric specialty.
Shelly diagnosed the problems within each practice and addressed them individually, yet at the same time was building our practices to work together more smoothly. She also focused on redirecting our energy to be more productive while working fewer hours.
Through Shelly’s guidance, I have developed amazing staff, who work very well together. Through our monthly staff meetings they have learned to address concerns with each other, by giving “gentle reminders” of how things can run more efficiently which keeps everyone happy.
Shelly is precise in her teachings of systems. She gently puts high expectations on the staff and doctors to perform well and improve on problem areas.
